Prof. Tadeusz Trziszka has studied hen eggs for years, proving that they are nature's most perfect product.
„The egg is exceptionally rich in the components the body needs to function properly: amino acids, minerals, B vitamins (particularly B12 and riboflavin), vitamins A, D and E, iron, complete protein and phospholipids. Unfortunately, in the ordinary edible form of the egg there is too little of all these substances for them to have a therapeutic effect on the body. Only by isolating these components and increasing their concentration does it become possible to use eggs for medical purposes.

The secret of the hen egg
Over the past few years Prof. Tadeusz Trziszka, together with other scientists, has discovered the extraordinary properties of hen eggs. It has been shown, among other things, that egg content can be used not only as a food raw material, but above all as a starting material for the production of nutraceuticals, biomedical and cosmetic preparations, and biosubstances for food preservation.

The fruit of scientists' work
This was made possible by multi-million investment in the „Ovocura" research project, conceived and created by Prof. Tadeusz Trziszka and carried out by the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences and Wrocław Medical University.
The research produced a total of 17 patents, patent applications and technological instructions. 36 original creative works and 58 scientific articles were published.
Some received prestigious awards, including at the 40th International Exhibition of Inventions and Innovation in Geneva and the World Intellectual Property Organization Award.
The achievements of the Wrocław scientists have earned the highest recognition worldwide. Their findings met with an enthusiastic reception in the innovation markets of Japan, the United States and Canada.
